1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Rock Local SEO LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Rock Local SEO LLC provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

• Local SEO
  
  
• Google Business Profile optimization
  
  
• Website SEO
  
  
• Paid advertising campaign management
  
  
• Marketing automation setup
  
  
• Content strategy and production
  
  
• Consulting services
  
  

Scope of work for each client will be defined in a separate written agreement, proposal, or invoice.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While we implement strategies designed to improve visibility, rankings, and lead generation, it is impossible for us (or any other SEO agency) to guarantee the following:

• Specific rankings on search engines
  
  
• Specific traffic levels
  
  
• Specific revenue outcomes
  
  
• Specific lead volumes
  
  

Search engines and advertising platforms operate independently and may change algorithms, policies, and ranking systems at any time.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
  
  
• Maintain ownership or proper access to digital assets
  
  
• Approve deliverables in a timely manner
  
  
• Comply with advertising platform and regulatory requirements
  
  
• Not engage in illegal, deceptive, or misleading practices
  
  

Failure to cooperate may impact results.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each individual service agreement. Unless otherwise stated:

• Fees are billed monthly in advance.
  
  
• Payments are non-refundable once services are rendered.
  
  
• Late payments may result in suspension of services.
  
  

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Clients retain ownership of their brand assets.
  
  
• Rock Local SEO LLC retains ownership of proprietary systems, frameworks, templates, and methodologies.
  
  
• Marketing materials created specifically for a client become the client’s property upon full payment, except for proprietary systems.
  
  

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, trade secrets, and sensitive business data shared during the course of engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rock Local SEO LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
  
  
• Loss of revenue or profits
  
  
• Platform suspensions or algorithm changes
  
  
• Third-party service disruptions
  
  

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the prior 3 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms of the signed agreement.

Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due.
  
  
• Access to accounts may be revoked after final payment.
  
  

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State].

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
